Terms of Service Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the Health Align doctor portal and clinical applications, you (the "user", "practitioner", or "healthcare professional") agree to be bound by this Terms of Service Agreement ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these rules, you must immediately cease all access to the system.

Health Align (referred to herein as "Health Align", "we", "us", or "our") reserves the right to modify these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates are posted constitutes complete acceptance of the revised conditions.

2. Medical Software Licensing & Scope

We grant registered practitioners a personal, non-transferable, revocable, and non-exclusive license to access our digital prescription writer, EMR databases, and appointment scheduler interfaces. You agree to use these features strictly for authorized, lawful medical activities.

You agree not to decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, duplicate, or bypass security endpoints of our web portal, database systems, or proxy integrations.

3. Practitioner Registration & Credentials

To access the clinical portal, you must complete our registration process. You represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
• You hold a valid license to practice medicine and write prescriptions in your operating jurisdiction.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Professional Responsibility and Liability

The Health Align EMR and prescription systems are decision-support utilities designed to improve clinical workflow efficiency. They are not substitutes for professional medical judgment.

The diagnosing practitioner remains solely responsible for the validity, appropriateness, drug interactions, and dosages of any prescriptions written using the system. Health Align does not assume liability for clinical decisions, patient outcomes, diagnostic errors, or incorrect treatments resulting from the use of our software.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate clinical safety rules, local laws, or fail registration verification.

Upon account termination, all active browser sessions, tokens, and local cache entries are purged globally, and all corresponding database tables are deleted to prevent further access.
